Ballet I
No previous training. Emphasis is on creative movement.
​Ballet II-IV
Class will focus on basic ballet technique, proper body alignment, French terminology and musicality.
​
Placement
Primarily an intermediate/advanced ballet class, Placement helps to hone technique such as placement and add to your current practice.

​Pointe I-II
All pointe classes are designed for students with previous ballet training. Students will utilize previously learned ballet technique while working in pointe shoes. Each class includes barre exercises, center floor work and across the floor combinations. These exercises focus on strengthening the feet and ankles.

​Tap I-IV
Tap classes are designed to develop rhythm, style and sound. Students will learn a variety of tap styles from Broadway to Rhythm tap. Exercises focus on building flexibility of the knee and ankles, coordination, and speed of movement.

Jazz I-Advanced
Our jazz classes teach basic jazz dance technique, terminology and style with an emphasis on proper technique, alignment and movement quality.

Contemporary I-II
Dancers in these classes will improve flexibility and coordination through fun, age appropriate movement and exercises. Modern and Contemporary Dance forms allow students to explore their individual dance style outside of the structure of traditional ballet and jazz classes.

Pas de Deux
Literally "step of two"- a dance for two people. Our "pas" class focuses on partnering techniques including supported turns and all kinds of lifts. Registration by invitation or with instructor permission only.

Acting
This course introduces students to some of the fundamental skills and tools required for developing the acting process. In addition, students learn how to behave as a professional actor as they demonstrate the focus and respect necessary in an acting class, on stage, or on set.
​Stretching and Conditioning
Focus on building strength and flexibility with an emphasis on dance related movements. For all types of dancers, not recommended for beginners.
Adult Tap/ Adult Ballet
Beginning-intermediate level classes for adult beginners and those wanting to get back into dance!
